What to write to us about

• A wrong utility or provider. Tell us the city and the company that actually serves it. A link to the utility's service area page helps us check it faster.
• Reports that look wrong. If a city page shows reports you believe are false or automated, let us know the page and roughly when you saw them.
• Problems using the site, such as a page that does not load or a report button that does not work. Mention the device and browser you used.
• Advertising or partnership questions.

What we cannot help with

We are not a utility, so we cannot report an outage for you, give a restoration time, or handle billing. Contact the company named on your bill for those. If you see a downed power line, smell gas, or face flooding or a fire, leave the area and call 911.

More about how the site works is on the about page and in how our outage reports work.
